Join us as Sherman Hill transforms into Des Moines’ most spectacular Halloween wonderland—with haunted houses, wild decorations, live performances, creepy characters, food, and surprises around every corner. All tricks. No treats.

Giving Back

Halloween on the Hill is all about bringing our community together—and giving back while we’re at it. Donations during the event benefit the DMARC Food Pantry Network, helping provide food and support to local families and neighbors in need.

Around every corner, something strange, spooky, or downright spectacular awaits. Wander past haunted driveways and glowing graveyards, and keep an eye out for pirates, dragons, Ghostbusters, dancing ghouls, and plenty of unexpected Halloween surprises.
